严格执行工厂she管理制度；协助生产经理确保生产部各项工作安全、有序地开展；在生产经理领导下负责生产部具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况。

key duties and tasks主要职责
1、贯彻工厂环境、健康、安全程序和食品安全程序，协助经理确保部门员工及承包商的工作安全。

2、严格执行工厂的各项安全管理制度，协助经理培养部门员工的安全意识，负责实施安全设施改造项目。

3、在生产经理领导下负责生产部（压榨、精炼、维修、小包装）具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况。

qualifications任职资格
education教育背景
本科及以上学历，油脂、食品、化工类专业
college degree or above, major in oil, food and chemical industry is preferred.
experience工作经历
有五年及以上油脂行业工作经验
more than 5 years working experience in oil industry
competency能力
知识和技能
1、熟练掌握油脂厂生产运营管理工作
proficient in production and operation management and technical transformation of oil painting factory
2、了解油料油脂加工行业发展趋势、技术革新
understand the development trend and technical innovation of oil & fat processing industry
3、熟练运用各种管理工具或系统（abc分类法、swot、pdca、6w2h、samrt、wbs等等）
proficient in various management tools or systems (abc classification, swot, pdca, 6w2h, samrt, wbs, etc.)
4、熟练使用计算机记办公软件（autocad、project、word/excel/ppt、photoshop 等等）
